How to Request a Replacement:
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following details when contacting our support team:- Order Number
- For Damaged Products: Clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.
- Replacement Address: The address where you’d like us to send the replacement products.
Processing Time for Replacements:
- Most reshipments are processed within 72 hours.
- If an internal investigation is required, processing may take longer.
Timeframe for Submitting a Request:
- For Damaged Products: Requests must be submitted within one month after delivery.
- For Lost Orders: Requests must be submitted within one month after the estimated delivery date.
Orders Returned to Our Fulfillment Center:
