Users of MarVen services declare that they know and accept the following General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

Legal Agreement

This document constitutes a legal agreement between the User and LC Enterprise, governing the use of the website www.marvenbeauty.com and its services. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding contract between the User and LC Enterprise.

Contractual Acceptance

By clicking the appropriate button to accept, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not accept the Terms, they may not use MarVen services.

Pre-Contractual Information

The User is informed that:

  • To conclude a purchase, an electronic order form must be completed and submitted to MarVen.

  • Each order summary includes product details, price, payment method, and delivery information.

  • Users must check the order details before confirming. Once submitted, MarVen will send a confirmation email with all purchase information. Keep this email as proof.

  • MarVen may refuse incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable orders and will inform the User accordingly.

  • In the event a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the User will be notified, and the order will be canceled.

Registration and User Account Management

Users must register to access MarVen services by providing accurate data and accepting the Privacy Policy and these Terms. MarVen is not responsible for any misuse or loss of login credentials.

Users may deactivate their account or request deletion at any time by contacting hello@marvenbeauty.com.

MarVen reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts for:

  • Misuse of services;

  • Violation of contract;

  • Damaging behavior toward MarVen, other users, or third parties;

  • Legal issues or investigation by authorities;

  • Offensive conduct;

  • Actions inconsistent with company values.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice.

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Modify or alter platform content;

  • Publish illegal, defamatory, or obscene content;

  • Access or use another user’s account;

  • Use the site to promote unauthorized products or services;

  • Exploit the platform in an improper or unlawful way.

Purchasing Process

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by MarVen. Users must verify order summaries before checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after being shipped. Users in the European Union may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made on business days to the address provided. MarVen is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information or damage once products are handed to the courier.

  • Italy: SDA

  • International: TNT or UPS

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will leave a notice. Unclaimed packages are returned, and only product costs will be refunded (shipping costs excluded).

Important: For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are the User’s responsibility. MarVen is not liable for delays or charges due to customs. Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts will result in withheld amounts to cover shipment and return costs.

Right of Withdrawal

EU private consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. Shipping return costs are borne by the User.

To exercise this right, send an email to: cs@marvenbeauty.com with the subject line “Right of Withdrawal Request.” Instructions and a form will be provided.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies to customized or tailored products. Returned products must be in new condition, with:

  • Original packaging

  • Certificate of authenticity

  • All accessories

Items not in original condition or used may not be refunded.

Payment Terms

MarVen uses third-party services for payment processing and does not store payment data.

Accepted methods:

  • Credit cards

  • Bank transfer (advance payment required)

Bank details will be provided in the order confirmation email. Transfers must be made within 3 days or the order will be canceled.

Service Interruptions

MarVen reserves the right to interrupt services for updates or maintenance and will communicate such events through the website.

Copyright & Content

All content on www.marvenbeauty.com is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, images, and names are the exclusive property of LC Enterprise. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Como, Italy.

Changes to Terms

MarVen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the website. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
